Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using the Drifti mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. Age Restriction

                Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to use Drifti. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older.
            

3. Community Standards & Zero Tolerance

                Zero Tolerance Policy: Drifti maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive behavior. This includes, but is not limited to:
                Nudity or sexually explicit content
Hate speech or harassment
Violence or promotion of illegal activities
Bullying or offensive language

                Any user found violating these standards will have their content removed immediately and their account permanently banned without prior notice.
            

4. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content (photos, videos, text) you upload to Drifti. By posting content, you grant Drifti a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content in connection with the app's services.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the services provided by Drifti. This includes attempting to reverse engineer the app or using automated systems to scrape data.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the app.

7. Limitation of Liability

Drifti is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the application.
